2. Service Description
The App is designed to help users solve math problems using artificial intelligence (AI). You can upload images of math problems from the camera, gallery, or device files, as well as use voice input.
The App recognizes and solves math problems using AI models (such as OpenAI). A subscription is required to access additional features. Images and voice data are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted after the solution is provided. They are not stored on the App's servers. Solutions are displayed in a user-friendly interface within the App.
3. User Rights and Obligations
You have the right to use all features of the App in accordance with these Terms, upload images and voice recordings for solving math problems, manage your subscription via the App Store, and contact support.
You agree to use the App only in a lawful manner, not to upload content that violates copyright or third-party rights, not to use the App for illegal purposes, and to respect intellectual property rights.
It is strictly forbidden to upload pornographic or obscene content, images or audio involving children in a sexual context, or to use the App for violating others' privacy, hacking, spamming, fraud, or spreading malware.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features of the App are available via subscription.
Payment is processed through the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically.
Subscription management is the responsibility of the user and must be done via App Store settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect after the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are governed by the App Store’s refund policy.
Subscription prices may change.Users will be notified in advance.
Changes do not affect already paid periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, its code, interface, and materials belong to the developer and are protected by copyright.
Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Copying, modifying, or distributing the App without permission is prohibited.
You retain all rights to the images you upload through the App.
We do not claim ownership of them.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that their use is legal.
6. Limitation of LiabilityThe App is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of search results, or the continuous availability of third-party services.
We are not responsible for the content of search results, the actions of external search engines, or potential service interruptions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.
We do not compensate for lost profits or indirect damages.
7. Termination of Use
You may stop using the App at any time.
Deleting the App terminates this agreement, although obligations related to an active subscription remain.
We may stop providing the service at any time.
In the event of significant changes or violations of the Terms by the user, access may be limited or completely revoked.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use.
Significant changes will be communicated to users via the App or website.
Continued use of the App constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
The update date will always be listed at the beginning of this document.
